Formal Events

For large parties, charity events, or balls, I come and teach a large group class that encorages participants to get up and moving!

PRICE - $250.00 /hr

What I need from you:

- Space, make sure there is enough floor space for all of your attendees to be able to move in

- Sound system access, I will either need easy access to the sound system to play music myself or I will need access to the DJ if there is one.

- Parking, we all know that parking in Cleveland can be a little tricky, all I ask is that I have a parking voucher ahead of time!

Wellness Workshops

Looking for a way to breakup your work day? Book a wellness workshop for you and your business! For this, I travel to you and we take an hour of meditative stretching to help us relax and focus.

PRICE - $150/ hr

What I need from you:

- Space, make sure there is enough floor space for everyone to have about one yoga mat's amount of space!

- Parking, we all know that parking in Cleveland can be a little tricky, all I ask is that I have a parking voucher ahead of time!
